The people in Bangladesh
The population is about 150 million, which makes it the 8th largest population in the world.
Around 98 percent are Bengalis and the other 2 percent are members of the tribal groups that include Chakmas, Marmas, Tipperas and Mros.
Bangla is the main language and English is used by elites. Nearly 83 percent of the Bangladesh population maintained Islam Religion which makes it one of the largest concentrations of Muslims in the world.
